Description

Aromatherapy Alchemy for Curious Beginners: An afternoon retreat workshop – Sat 22nd Oct, 2pm-4:30pm

This lovely workshop is for you if you want to learn how to use essential oils at home. Or perhaps you have been feeling emotionally over stressed, burnt-out or are in need of some self-nurturing.

Discover how to categorise essential oils into top, middle & base notes. We’ll talk about how aromatherapy connects with Astrological signs, and you can choose the oils and scents that appeal to you the most.

You’ll become an Alchemist for the afternoon: creating your own incredible Aromatherapy Alchemy Mist. You might decide to work with the oils that match your star sign, or you might prefer to let your nose guide you!

Either way, you get to set your own intention for your mist, and to name and decorate it as creatively as you wish! Your mist will be formulated from beautiful wild harvested hydrosol waters and sustainable essential oils, all sourced in the UK.

You will also receive a guided self-care routine with stretches and massage to release tension & calm nervous system. This will help enhance lymphatic flow and to release muscle fascia, connecting you back to your body, calming a busy mind and encouraging a healthy glow.

• Herbal Teas provided

A fun and magical workshop lead by Aromatherapist Suzie of Soothe-me (The Art of Healthy Skin).
