Breathing optimally (ideally through the nose as much as possible) will enhance your energy, improve your sleep and much more!

Suitable for adults and teens, you are welcome to buy one ticket per household.

This is your opportunity to try gentle movements to help connecting body with breath, learn how to clear you nose, breathe light, slow and through the nose. And to experience how using these tools helps soothe nervous system.

When you learn and practice breathing optimally it helps to lower your blood PH, this reduces bodies acidity which in-turn lowers inflammation, balances hormones and settles digestive issues.
