This is a great ‘skin feeding; and energy boosting smoothie with good fats from Avocado and anti-oxidant rich Matcha Green Tea powder for energy and anti-inflammatory cucumber. I made this in my nutribullet.
1 mug Almond milk
1/4 mug water
1/2 tea spoon Matcha Powder (I used Clearsping)
1/5 of a cucumber
5 Basil leaves
1 tea spoon of local honey (if you need it sweeter)
5 ice cubes
If you are intending on replacing a meal with this add:
1 dessert spoon milled flax seed
